• Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, move timeline, and any optional details you share, such as your current city or how you prefer to be contacted.
• Planner answers: your move stage, timeline, house condition, planning needs, and who is involved in decisions, so we can provide your checklist.
• Phone calls: when you call our tracked phone number, the call is recorded, and we receive your phone number, caller ID name, general location, the time and length of the call, and how you found us (for example, a Google ad).
• Text messages: if you text with us, the messages and your opt-in and opt-out status.
• Site analytics and ad data: pages you visit, device and browser type, the site that referred you, ad campaign details, and ad click IDs such as the Google click ID (gclid). This is collected with cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To respond to your family home inquiry and deliver your planner checklist.
• To connect you with an agent on our team.
• To follow up with calls, emails, and text messages that you agreed to receive, including returning a call we missed.
• To measure and improve our ads and this website.

Service providers and sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can provide that service to us:

• CRM: Follow Up Boss, where your contact details, planner answers, and call notes are stored so our agents can follow up with you.
• Call tracking and texting: CallRail, which provides our tracked phone numbers, call recording, and text messaging.
• Advertising and analytics: Google, through the Google Ads tag, which uses cookies to measure which ads lead to planner sign-ups. When you submit the planner form, your email address and phone number are sent to Google in hashed (coded) form to measure ad results. For visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland, advertising and analytics cookies are off by default.
• Website operations: our website hosting, database, and email delivery providers, which store your planner information.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, our team, or others.

All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, Seattle Care Move may send you text messages about your home inquiry, including replies after a missed call. This program is called "Seattle Care Move Home Inquiry Texts."

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Data retention

We keep your information while your home inquiry is active and afterward only as long as needed for follow-up you agreed to, our business records, and our legal obligations, including real estate record keeping rules. Call recordings are kept by our call tracking provider under our account settings. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove details that identify you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except records we must keep by law.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
